Our Cross Bars are the modular backbone of a Tier One rack system — simple, strong and built for real-world touring and work setups.
All bars are fully adjustable and interchangeable, allowing you to position them anywhere along your rails and change your layout as your build evolves. Whether you’re mounting a rooftop tent, awning, trays or accessories, our cross bars give you a flexible foundation that grows with your setup.
Available in three styles to suit different applications:
Bar Options
Low-Profile Light Duty Channel
Slim, tidy and ideal for direct rooftop tent mounting or lighter setups.
High-Profile Heavy Duty Alloy Extrusion
Adds height and versatility with four-sided T-slots for easy accessory mounting.
RHS Tube Heavy Duty
Our original bar style — low-profile, tough and proven across touring and work builds.
All options are designed to integrate seamlessly with Tier One roof rack rails and accessories.

Important Rear Wing Note
Cross bar sets include a rear-tab bar (unless purchasing a ute setup).
If you are not running a rear wing, please leave a note at checkout so we can supply the correct bar.
