Toyota LandCruiser 100/105 Series Roof Rack Rail Sides
1-2 Week Dispatch Delay due to an increase in orders
Please note the rear wing and crossbars are sold separately.
We’re excited to announce that our 100/105 Series Roof Rail Sides are now available in a premium stainless steel option.
This variant uses 304 stainless as the base material, then receives the same satin black powder-coat finish as our standard rails — delivering a higher-end, longer-lasting version of our proven design while keeping the clean Tier One look you know.
Structurally identical and fully compatible with all existing rear wings and crossbars, the stainless option is simply a premium upgrade for those wanting the best materials from the ground up.
After almost two years on the market, our Tier One Metalworks Roof Rack Rails have proven themselves as one of the toughest and most versatile slimline mounting systems in Australia.
Proudly 100% Australian-made, these rails are built for those who value strength, simplicity, and a clean, low-profile finish — all without compromise.
Originally designed specifically for direct rooftop tent mounting, these rails give you the option to bolt your tent straight to the vehicle for the ultimate low-profile setup — or pair them with our cross bars to create a complete roof-rack system.
The flexibility of this design means you can easily switch between configurations at any time, whether you’re running a tent one week or switching to crossbars the next.
Sitting approximately 25 mm off the roof (as low as 10 mm when running cross bars), these rails keep your tent or rack snug to the vehicle, giving your setup that streamlined, tough aesthetic that looks right at home on any 4wd.
Our entire system is modular, giving you the flexibility to start with just the side rails and build on your setup over time.
For the most complete setup, we recommend adding the rear wing — it connects seamlessly to the rails for a finished look and helps stop that dreaded rain from getting through the small gap between your tent and awning.
It’s also a handy spot for mounting LED strip lighting or other accessories. The rear wing is sold separately, so you can add it later as your setup or needs evolve.

Mounting Options
We’ve designed these rails to suit a wide range of mounting setups — from simple direct mounts to full rack conversions.
- Low Profile Light Duty Cross Bars – The perfect all-rounder: strong, simple, practical and lightweight. Best when using alongside a rooftop tent. 10-15mm of roof clearance.
- RHS Heavy-Duty Low-Profile Cross Bars – Designed to sit between the rails, offering a low stance with 8–10 mm clearance at the roof’s highest point.
- High-Profile Heavy-Duty Aluminum Extrusion Bars – 80×25 mm T-slot bars that mount on top of the rails for a modular system, perfect for those that want to really load up there roof.
- Platform Racks – Mount existing racks (like the OCAM flat racks) directly to the rails. Some drilling may be required for other roof racks.
-
Direct Tent Mounting – For the lowest-profile setup, mount your rooftop tent directly to the rails (tent base modifications may be required).
Unlike many other systems, we’ve designed our rails to use all four factory mounting positions for added strength. The one-piece rail design mounts directly to the roof using outward-facing feet, which makes install easier – particularly when direct-mounting a tent.
Each set of rails is built from 3mm stainless steel then powder coated satin black, a combination that delivers exceptional strength and long-term corrosion protection.
Ensuring a durable finish that stands up to the harshest Aussie conditions.
We don’t currently offer colour coding but can supply raw stainless steel rails at a reduced price for those chasing a custom finish.
Note: This listing includes the side rails only. Rear wings and cross bars are sold separately.
