Shipping policy

At Tier One Metalworks, we're committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. As our products are manufactured in-house, dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and production schedules.

• In-stock items are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days of placing your order.
• Pre-order items have varying lead times, which are displayed on the relevant product page.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact our team before placing your order and we'll do our best to assist.

SHIPPING:

We ship Australia-wide using a range of trusted freight carriers, including Hunter Express, CouriersPlease and TNT Express.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, parcel dimensions and weight. Estimated delivery times provided by our freight partners are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note:

• We are unable to ship larger items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
• Additional freight charges may apply for oversized, bulky or remote deliveries.
• Freight depot collection is also available. Please contact our team for a shipping quote.
  
  

DISPATCH & TRACKING:

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to become active following collection by the freight carrier.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

Customers are welcome to collect their order from our store, located in Hastings, VIC 3915. Simply select In-Store Pickup at checkout and we'll notify you once your order is ready for collection.

If you require collection outside our standard business hours, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
